Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Worldwide Electric ATJ12-36-56CB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Xp-Power products, including obsoleted and phased-out Xmas parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wtc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Xp-Power such as the 20001501 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the I59 manufactured by Xmas and we are pleased to be able to service most Xmas systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GH03T23A by Manufacturer Wtc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand CIMRP5U20P7 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wpi such as 280741 equipment made by Wpi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wpi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wpi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 301993 made by Xycom as well as the popular 00120033 original spares produced by Xinix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T4L02BK100 by Yamaha and 280741 spares by Wpi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original XJC11090GO Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Xajong.
